Welcoming the PAGY Community to CFI Robotics

For more than a decade, Pyramid Academy for Gifted Youth has provided students with challenging and engaging opportunities in mathematics, science, writing, public speaking, computer science, academic competitions, and other areas of enrichment.

As PAGY prepares to conclude its operations in Fall 2026, CFI Robotics NFP is honored to welcome PAGY students, families, and educators into the CFI community.

PAGY and CFI Robotics have been long-term partners united by a shared belief that young people should have opportunities to challenge themselves, explore their interests, and realize their potential. We are deeply grateful to PAGY Principal Ren Li, former principals Mr. Peter Huang and Mrs. Ruihong Wang, PAGY’s Board members, teachers, staff, families, and supporters for the community they have built and the students they have served since 2015.

Through this transition, some of PAGY’s most popular academic enrichment programs will gradually continue through CFI’s educational platform. Students and families will continue to find opportunities in gifted education, STEM enrichment, academic competitions, robotics, mathematics, and other high-quality educational programs.

CFI Robotics NFP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization dedicated to helping young people explore, create, and grow through STEM education, robotics, academic programs, competitions, and student innovation initiatives.

As you join CFI Robotics, you will see some familiar faces. Ms. Ren Li is a co-founder of CFI Robotics NFP and President of our Board of Directors, while Mr. Brian Meadows is a co-founder and Executive Director. Alongside our other co-founder, Tim He, our Board members, teachers, Youth Leadership Team members, and the many families who make up CFI Robotics, we welcome you. We know you will find yourself at home in our shared community.

We understand that this transition marks the conclusion of an important chapter for many students, families, and teachers. Our goal is to honor the educational values that have guided PAGY throughout its 11-year history while creating new opportunities for its community to continue learning together.

To the students and families of PAGY, welcome to CFI Robotics. We look forward to getting to know you, supporting your educational journey, and helping you discover new ways to learn, explore, and grow.

To PAGY, thank you for your long-standing partnership, your trust, and your years of service to students and families. We are honored to help carry this work forward.
